Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Voyage Notes mobile application and related services provided by Inteqmed (the “Application” and the “Service Provider”).
Voyage Notes is designed to be usable without creating an account or providing personal information to Inteqmed.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information on Inteqmed-operated servers through normal use of Voyage Notes. Registration is not required.
Inteqmed does not use Voyage Notes to create advertising profiles, sell personal data, or track users across unrelated apps or websites.
If a network connection is used, ordinary technical routing information may be processed transiently by network infrastructure to establish the connection. Inteqmed does not retain such information for tracking or profiling through the Application.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. Voyage Notes does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Do third parties see or receive information obtained by the Application?
Because Inteqmed does not collect personal information through normal use of Voyage Notes, Inteqmed does not share such information with third parties.
The Google Play page for Voyage Notes is operated by Google and is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy practices.
How long do we keep your data?
Inteqmed does not retain personal data generated through normal use of Voyage Notes on Inteqmed-operated servers.
Because this data is not collected by Inteqmed, there is no server-side retention period for normal app usage data.
If you contact Inteqmed directly by email or another communication channel, the information you voluntarily provide may be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
How can your data be deleted?
For normal use of Voyage Notes, Inteqmed has no personal data stored on its servers to delete.
If you uninstall the Application, the Application is removed from your device. Any device-level app data is controlled by your device and operating system settings.
If you have separately contacted Inteqmed and voluntarily provided personal information, you may request deletion of that information by emailing support@inteqmed.space. Where applicable, Inteqmed will delete the information unless retention is required by law or another valid legal obligation.
Children
Voyage Notes is not directed to children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. Inteqmed does not knowingly collect personal information from children through normal use of the Application.
If a parent or guardian believes a child has voluntarily sent personal information to Inteqmed outside the normal operation of the Application, they may contact Inteqmed to request its deletion.
Security
Because Voyage Notes does not collect personal data through normal use on Inteqmed-operated servers, the amount of personal information exposed to server-side risk is minimized.
For information voluntarily provided directly to Inteqmed, reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not retain personal data from normal app use on Inteqmed-operated servers, the risk of an Application-related personal data breach is limited. If a security incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided to Inteqmed, Inteqmed will respond and provide notifications where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Inteqmed may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with an updated effective date.
Where applicable law requires consent or another specific notice for a material change, Inteqmed will provide it before the change takes effect.
Your Consent
Voyage Notes does not require you to provide personal data to Inteqmed for normal use of the Application.
If you voluntarily provide information directly to Inteqmed and a particular processing activity relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
